Core Benefits

  • We offer all our employees 28 days annual leave, plus bank holidays, and we encourage you to take it off. Holiday is not just a perk, but essential in maintaining a healthy work-life balance and wellbeing in the workplace. This is pro-rated for part-time employees.

  • Clarion covers 13 weeks of full sick pay in a rolling 12-month period (subject to company policy).

  • Our GIP will cover up to 75% salary for two years if your illness keeps you from working for longer than 13 weeks (subject to scheme rules).

Compensation Packages

  • We offer all our people a defined contribution pension scheme, and for employees we match employee contributions for up to 10% of their basic salary. Employees choose the level of their own contribution.

  • If the worst happens, our life insurance covers 4x salary for all employees (subject to scheme rules).
