Our History
Tracey, Sarah, and David have many years of experience in the national security, defence, and intelligence sector. As accomplished individuals, they pride themselves on the quality and impact of their work in some of the most sensitive, demanding, and exacting work environments.
While collaborating on a joint project, they discovered a common thread of experience and ambition. Driven by a strong belief in their combined potential, Clarion Insight was founded in 2015. The company was built upon their deep industry knowledge and collective expertise. This laid the groundwork for the company we know today, which thrives on client relationships and trust.
Clarion Insight has grown significantly since its foundation. Our relentless commitment to understanding client needs is the cornerstone of our reputation. For many, this is why we remain a trusted partner for enabling and supporting organisations through complex changes. Throughout the years, we have continued to adapt to the circumstances facing us. For example, the creation of innovative virtual delivery methods during the global upheaval caused by the Covid-19 pandemic in 2020. Hybrid working practices were also embedded at this time and remain one of the central pillars of what makes Clarion a great place to work. Our offices serve as a hub for staff and client workshops and personify the commitment to facilitating meaningful change and realising the original aspirations of Tracey, Sarah, and David.
