Change Management Consultant

Location:  These are hybrid roles; typically working 3 days in the office or on client site in London, Manchester or Cheltenham and up to 2 days working from home.

As a Change Consultancy, at Clarion Insight we help organisations, teams and individuals to successfully embrace complex business change, by putting people at the centre of everything we do

We are seeking several Change Management Consultant at every level to join our dynamic team and work alongside our Business Analysts, Project and Delivery Managers and Comms and Engagement Specialists.   You will work primarily with clients in the National Security and Defence domains, which is dynamic, fast paced and extremely rewarding.   

About The Role

As a Change Management Consultant, your role will be varied depending on the type of change and transformation required by the client, however some of the areas you will be involved in are:   

  • Value proposition and purpose 

  • Vision and strategy development  

  • Organisational culture and behavioural change  

  • Designing and delivering team and individual development interventions 

  • Workshop design and delivery, focussed on change strategies and organisational effectiveness 

  • Developing and supporting comms and engagement campaigns 

  • Sharing best practice with colleagues and clients to develop change management solutions 

  • Supporting teams through the adoption of new technologies and digital transformation  

  • Working with multiple stakeholders and clients to ensure change is being managed effectively 

About You

You will be part of a team that provides full lifecycle support to the design, development and delivery of change and transformation activities to our clients, this may include systems implementation.  The team’s focus is on developing highly effective client teams of all sizes and taking them through a process of clarifying vision and purpose, strategy development, operating model design and development, organisational design and communication and implementation activities.   

Ideally you will: 

  • Have worked in a technical or technology environment. 

  • Have experience of leading and/or contributing (depending on level) to successful change and transformation initiatives within a team, preferably within the National Security or defence environment.   

  • Have excellent communication skills as a Change Management Consultant, since the role always involves direct communication with people at all levels of seniority across different parts of the client organisations. 

  • Are able to understand the requirements of different internal audiences, and be able to relate and contextualise any information in an appropriate way for those audiences and for specific roles. 

  • Have worked on change management projects and be able to demonstrate the value and benefits that the change has made to the organisation. 

  • Are able to share best practices, in the field of change management and communicate to client stakeholders and sponsors.  

  • Have experience of facilitating workshops that have supported change and transformation initiatives.    

Ideally you will also have a change management qualification.

Clearance

We have several roles at different levels within Clarion, eDV clearance would be ideal, but we would consider those with MOD DV or SC.
