Business Analyst
Location: These are hybrid roles; typically working 3 days in the office or on client site in London, Manchester or Cheltenham and up to 2 days working from home.

We are seeking several Business Analyst at all levels to join our dynamic team working primarily with clients in the National Security and Defence domains, which is fast paced and extremely rewarding.
About The Role
You will be part of a project team that provides full lifecycle support to the design, development and delivery of change and transformation activities to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Work with a diverse range of stakeholders at all levels of the client to define and manage requirements in a way that allows the client to understand and buy into any proposed solutions.
Articulating those requirements through user stories and use cases, defining acceptance criteria, and ensuring that the development team has a clear understanding of the priorities and what needs to be built.
Collaborating with the broader Clarion team and project members to ensure that all solutions are effectively delivered to our clients.
Acting as a liaison between stakeholders and the development teams to ensure customer requirements are clearly communicated and understood.
Process Modelling: Creating process flow diagrams, data flow diagrams, and other visual aids to represent business processes and system interactions.
Solution Assessment: Evaluating proposed solutions to ensure they meet business needs and identifying any gaps or issues.
Testing and Validation: Assisting in the development of test plans, conducting user acceptance testing (UAT), and validating that the final product meets the specified requirements.
Working across multiple projects to deliver Business Analysis expertise where required.
About You
We are looking for people who:
Have experience in delivering/leading Business Analysis within a consultancy environment, preferably within a defence or National Security environment.
Have experience of analysis, test, and prioritisation of different client requirements.
Have experience of process modelling, solution assessment, test and validation.
Will be comfortable working as part of a team or working on your own
Will be confident with client engagements at all levels and be able to develop effective stakeholder relationships.
Will be able to think creatively, constantly looking for new and innovative ways to engage different audiences and will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A Business Analysis qualification would be advantageous.

Clearance
We have several roles at different levels within Clarion, eDV clearance would be ideal, but we would consider those with MOD DV or SC.
