Compensation Package

  • We understand that financial security and stability are crucial aspects of a fulfilling career, and we want our employees to thrive both personally and professionally by compensating them fairly for their contributions. 

  • We offer all our people a defined contribution pension scheme, and for employees we match employee contributions for up to 10% of their basic salary. Employees choose the level of their own contribution.

  • If the worst happens, our life insurance covers 4x salary for all employees (subject to scheme rules). 

  • Clarion is a member of ADS, the UK trade association advancing leadership in aerospace, security, defence and space.   • Clarion covers 13 weeks of full sick pay in a rolling 12-month period (subject to company policy).

  • Our GIP will cover up to 75% salary for two years if your illness keeps you from working for longer than 13 weeks (subject to scheme rules).
