Join the Clarion Team
We are seeking several Project Managers to join our dynamic team and work alongside our other Project and Delivery Managers, Comms and Engagement professionals, Change Professionals, and Business Analysts. You will work primarily in the National Security and Defence domain, which is dynamic, fast paced and extremely rewarding.
You will be part of a Clarion team that provides full lifecycle support to the design, development and delivery of change and transformation activities to our clients. The Clarion team’s focus is on developing highly effective client teams of all sizes and taking them through a process of vision and strategy development, operating model design and implementation, brand, and identity development.
Ideally you will have experience of successfully delivering projects throughout the full project lifecycle, preferably within a public sector environment. You will be comfortable with client engagements at all levels and be able to develop effective comms and engagement strategies, approaches, and plans, as well as being able to present key management information to stakeholders.

As a Project Manager at Clarion Insight, you will work with our client(s) to use well established and appropriate project management techniques to deliver successful products and outcomes that meet client expectations and support business transformation and change. You’ll be tasked with initiating, planning, scheduling, implementing, and managing low to medium complexity project work throughout the full project lifecycle.
You will typically take a leading role in managing a team to enable successful delivery, and take a leading role in establishing governance arrangements, monitoring and reporting progress, and stakeholder management within your project work.

We have a number of roles at different levels and would welcome all applicants, we would prefer a minimum of SC clearance and ideally DV clearance. However, all successful applicants must be eligible & willing to obtain an SC clearance and be prepared to progress this to DV level. These are hybrid roles; working from home and either London, Manchester, or Cheltenham, with some travel, particularly to our head office in Cheltenham.
