The Opportunity:

We are seeking an Office Administration Manager to join our dynamic team, the role will be a key member of the team, ensuring the smooth running of the office and supporting the team with Company, HR and Finance administration activities. This is a new role in a fast-growing organisation, so we are looking for someone who can develop the role and make it their own.

You will be part of a professional team that provides change and transformation activities to our clients. The team’s focus is on developing highly effective client teams of all sizes and taking them through a process of vision and strategy development, operating model design and implementation, brand and identity development.

About you:

We are looking for individuals who are comfortable working as part of a team or on their own. For this role, we require someone who can demonstrate the following:

  • Experience of office management and administration
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced environment
  • HR Admin experience with knowledge of basic HR procedures
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills, with the ability to adapt to changing needs and priorities
  • Strong customer facing and interpersonal skills and you will be comfortable with client engagements at all levels
  • Great communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Excellent admin and general IT skills, with high proficiency in Word and Excel
  • Basic budgetary/finance experience would be advantageous

Hours: We will consider applicants who would like to work full or part time.


Duties will be varied and will be focussed around ensuring the smooth running of the office as well as supporting with administration duties. The types of tasks you will be responsible for are:

  • Ensuring all resources are well stocked within the office, such as printer stock, paper and meeting refreshments.
  • Setting up the meeting facilities for meetings and workshops, including ordering refreshments, lunches and resetting at the end of the event.
  • Welcoming clients to meetings and workshops
  • First point of contact for the building services, such as reception, to ensure the smooth running of the office, this might include booking in visitors, booking parking, collecting post and parcels and logging maintenance issues.
  • Supporting with the administration of HR duties across the employee lifecycle, such as recruitment activities, onboarding, offboarding, training.
  • Supporting with Finance duties, including collating regular reports, managing supplier invoices, end of month admin.
  • General admin duties as required


This role is based in our Cheltenham office. Due to the nature of the role, this will be an office-based role, there may be the occasional opportunity to work from home on an ad hoc basis, but the majority of the role will need to be carried out in the office.
